i think many have read the news about a woman putting $50 notes into mailboxes of a HDB block... the first instant tot is.. wow that person must have strike lottery and give out some of his god sends cash to thanks everyone for his good luck...what a good deed... but sadly it turns out to be actually a mentally unsound woman who made a mistake because she heard someone told her to put her hard earn money to everyone’s' mailbox... the disgusting part is when asked to return those money to her... only few does... what is wrong with us singaporean?...yes.. maybe they tot someone was trying to size the opportunities to cheat...so better to keep the money to themselves... not that $50 matters, but its the way we hold on to money that we know very well does not belong to us... how can anyone do that!

oh btw, the HDB block is blk 728 clementi west st 2.... happening block.... if you can recall, it was the same blk as that infamous huang na's case... and also... my grandparent live in that block... and i once live in blk 708....just across the road! :o

CTE evening toll

the trolls have set up another one again! damn! "smooth flowing as evening toll kicks in on CTE" (ST 2nd aug 05 headlines) i really dun know.. after so many public education and forums on why road pricing was introduced... i still dun understand... not to say i dun know what is road pricing... i still dun know why it exist! after so many yrs since it was introduced, has anyone here (beside LTA i guess) really benefit from it? i mean when you pay...u expect something back but all we know is that there are now more jams...traffic are now more unpredictable... what is the reason of having a toll at CTE (not to mention other places) diverting traffic will just cause other roads to jam... and then wat? put more toll gates on other roads? with all these traffic diversion... no wader nowadays people arrived either arrived work too early or too late...before the introduction of ERP... at least we know where to avoid during peak hours... now traffic have become so much more unpredictable... why not just tell us '... we need the money to improve our roads... pls pay' as a singaporean it will be more simple to swallow... duh! :P

heard of carl's junior? if mac donnel and buger kings are devils of fast food... then carl's junior is the satan... big portion.... frankly speaking, i kinda like it... if i were to choose between these 3 fast food chain that is... currently there are 2 outlets i know off.. one is at marina square, another some where at shanton way (i think).
